During the first panel of the Brașov Energy Day conference, the 12th edition, we have invited Mr. Julian Popov, member of the Climate Advisory Council – KIC.
Mr. Popov offered guests new perspectives on the future of renewable energy production – green hydrogen. What technical solutions exist and how we can adapt to the transition to hydrogen production and use, as well as the benefits of these practices, were the central elements of his presentation.
We are at the beginning of something that we expect to be a revolution, but we don’t know much about. Hydrogen integration involves major investment in production technology. There are opinions that hydrogen will be used in different ways than gas, the latter not being able to be completely replaced by hydrogen, and these require major investments in infrastructure.
Several topics addressed in the presentations of the speakers can be found in the Conference History section.
